We run businesses. We spend our time at the business coal-face. Skills and business know-how from getting our hands dirty, starting and running all sorts of businesses & projects.
And we still run businesses. That’s our thing. So what’s this business advice about?
If you want a full-time formal business consultant, there are plenty out there. That’s not us.
But, if you want to chat with someone that’s started countless businesses and projects. Who’s been there, done that, and has the battle scars to prove it. Who’s made more mistakes than they can remember, but hopefully learned a thing or two along the way. Who’s still there, at the front running companies. Well, maybe then we should have a chat.

The right product is the first step to creating a successful business. We’re here to help with everything else.
What makes one bakery fly and another fail miserably? It’s rarely the bread-making skills. If your product is awesome, then every other aspect of the business needs to be equally awesome to let your idea reach its true potential. You know your product. We are here to help with everything else.
Our Business Guidance and Advice: How it Works
We do not offer “stand-alone” business consultancy
If you after a business advice session, we’re not your people, sorry. We are here to become business partners, with our consultancy being one part of the package that we offer
We offer a business partnership scheme
We get much more involved than just some consultancy sessions. We are here to become a business partner as well as your own personal business consultant, bringing all our experience and business know-how to the table. We join projects for the long term.
It’s always your project, though.
You can imagine us as the ultimate sounding board, on call anytime. That’s what we are for. We are not here to drive the bus, this is your business.
We form partnerships where we are very much a minor partner in your venture. We’re bringing our experience where it helps, and point out the pitfalls we fell into the first time around, so you don’t have to.
Our role is in business development, in help, in critiquing the ideas and plans, all through the prism of the years of experience and countless projects we’ve been involved in
A long term relationship
The big difference is though that we are here for the long term. We are here to invest and make the project grow to its full potential.
Hmm, okay. So what happens now?
Let’s start with a chat. Tell us your ideas, tell us your ambitions, tell us the problems that you worry about. There are no commitments and no costs. After all, you might like what we have to say, you might not. If you do like it, we’ll have another chat. And probably another one after that too.
When, and only when, we all feel that this project has legs, and working together could be a great idea, at that stage only we’ll make a plan for a formal role in your project.
Every project we take on has different needs, and so each relationship is unique. We can design a role where our skills best help your project, from a minor business advisory role to a full-on business partner and business consultant.
But until that day, sure it’s just a chat, nothing more.
